Your Role

  • Develop and maintain existing customer relationships to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate and manage customer contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Design and implement holistic sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive business success.
  • Ensure seamless sales activities, including administration and logistics, to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate order entry and order handling, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Monitor and update customer master data to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review and draft contracts, as well as manage customer accounts, to ensure compliance and optimal business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement promotional measures in consultation with Sales Management, contributing to various sales projects and initiatives.
  • Engage with customers through regular visits and attendance at trade fairs to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Your Profile

  • A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge in the field.
  • Initial professional experience in the sale of meat B2B, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent level of English and Dutch, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service, with a reliability and flair for organization.
  • An independent and motivated working style with a high degree of initiative, driving business growth and success.
