We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Maintenance Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our properties, contributing to a positive experience for our guests.
Your Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations within our apartment buildings, ensuring a seamless living experience for residents.
- Assist with the setup and preparation of new properties, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and inspections, proactively addressing any issues to prevent disruptions.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and safety concerns, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or property management industry.
- Strong technical skills and a comprehensive understanding of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in German and a valid driver's license are essential requirements for this position.
