Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in candidate management, including job postings, screening, communication with candidates, talent sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Engage directly with our team members, gaining valuable insights into the diverse responsibilities within HR.
  • Support initiatives related to occupational health management, benefits introduction, and personnel development.
  • Handle tasks in personnel administration, from drafting contracts to preparing employment references.
  • Utilize our HR management tool, ensuring effective operations.
  • If interested, take the lead on People & Culture projects or provide support as needed.
What You Should Bring
  • You are currently in at least the second semester of university studies in law, business administration, psychology, communications, or a related field.
  • You exhibit an organized, structured, and independent approach to work.
  • You are inquisitive and eager to share your ideas.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect easily with others.
  • You have a solid technical aptitude, enabling you to navigate common office software proficiently, along with excellent German language skills.
