Working Student

Digital Turbine is looking for a dedicated and reliable Working Student to support its privacy operations in a hybrid capacity (flexible in-office/remote). A strong candidate would demonstrate a sense of responsibility, flexibility, and dedication to high-quality standards and would be detail and process oriented.
Your responsibilities:Support the Legal Team in various operational, organizational, and communication tasks related to privacy and general legal topics
Responsibilities:
Classifying and processing incoming data subject requestsIdentifying applicable processes and proceduresCommunicating via email, Slack, Jira and in-person with relevant internal teamsCommunicating via email with all external partiesContinuously optimizing the processEscalating problem cases to the Legal TeamContract managementcollecting articles for monthly internal newsletterYour Qualifications:
Ability to follow complex processes with keen attention to detailImpeccable task management and organization; must be able to juggle many small deadlines simultaneously without errorInsightful perception of problem cases - knowing when to escalate to managerReliable even when working independentlyGood at problem-solvingEnglish fluency is a must, German is a pluslaw student preferred (not required)Ability to draft short emails with a professional tone and pleasant customer service attitudeability to work in an international environmentCuriosity to learn more about our business in order to understand the context of the tasks, and to be more proactive in problem-solving a plusAbout Digital Turbine:
