Expectations:
  • Lead the scaling of veterinary practices by developing innovative processes that enhance participant experiences and improve practice performance
  • Evaluate existing processes for efficiency and user experience, proposing initiatives for optimization
  • Establish and train on standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and transparency in all operations
  • Conduct regular audits and facilitate training sessions with practice leadership
  • Prepare practices for compliance with medical certification standards
  • Contribute creatively and practically to elevate our operational and scaling efforts
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in structured environments requiring quick comprehension and effective communication
  • Experience in leading process improvement and operational excellence projects is preferred
  • A background in medical operations is not necessary
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and address issues proactively
  • Strong organizational skills and a quick understanding of processes
  • Capability to analyze complex situations and communicate them clearly
  • Empathetic and clear communication style
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, and Miro
