About the ProgramThe Thesis Starter Grant is a funding program designed to support young academics in planning and executing their doctoral research. The program aims to provide a comprehensive framework for doctoral candidates to develop their research skills and achieve their academic goals.
Eligibility Criteria- Students with excellent academic records who are in the final stages of their studies and are eligible for a doctoral program
- Newly graduated students with excellent academic records who are eligible for a doctoral program
- The grant includes a contract as a doctoral candidate with 30% of regular working hours
- The grant is awarded for six months
- The compensation is paid in salary group 12 or 13 of the TV-L
- The application must be submitted electronically
- The supporting documents must be submitted by the specified deadline
- The application must be complete and accurate
