Job Title: Development Engineer ADAS Functional Safety

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Development Engineer to join our team in ADAS Functional Safety. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing innovative safety architectures and functions for ADAS systems, ensuring compliance with current safety standards.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Innovate future strategies to make ADAS and Automated Driving functionalities ready for series applications.
  • Develop deterministic approaches and artificial intelligence aspects to raise the safety performance of our products.
  • Support customers along the complete safety lifecycle, from item definition to vehicle testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safety of our products.

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or physics.
  • First professional and industry experience.
  • Good knowledge of architectures of automated vehicle functions.
  • Experience with safety standards ISO 61508, ISO 26262, and SOTIF ISO 21448.
  • Basic knowledge of control engineering and model-based development with Matlab/Simulink and automatic code generation.
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team.
  • High analytical and conceptual skills.
