Intern in Intercompany Delivery Management (all genders)

The global warehouse and transportation division at Bayer oversees a range of strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives within the pharmaceutical and consumer health supply chain. The Intercompany Delivery Management team is tasked with overseeing Order Management and Export documentation for both sectors efficiently. We are seeking support for ongoing departmental projects and performance management within the Global Warehouse & Transportation department for the following:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Assist with Intercompany Delivery Management initiatives
  • Contribute to Department Metrics assessment and Performance Evaluation
  • Support the identification and execution of Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Promote Sustainability Initiatives within Intercompany Delivery Management
  • Provide assistance with daily business operations as needed

WHO YOU ARE

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Desirable experience in project management within an international context
  • Interest and preliminary professional exposure in supply chain management, transport, and warehousing
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); familiarity with analysis and visualization tools is a plus
  • Capable of working creatively, analytically, and in an organized manner
  • Strong communication skills with a keen interest in collaborating with international colleagues across various functions and disciplines
  • Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken
