Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist (m/f/d) to join our team at SOCCO GROUP GmbH in Munich. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
    • Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Correspondence Management
    • Manage and respond to customer correspondence, including emails and letters
    • Update customer records and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Appointment Scheduling
    • Schedule appointments and meetings with customers and internal stakeholders
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Order Processing
    • Process customer orders and requests in a timely and accurate manner
    • Verify customer information and ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Archiving
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
    • Dispose of confidential documents and materials in accordance with company policies

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
    • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role an asset
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
