Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Salesforce Business Development Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von digitalen Strategien unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Definition der Account-Strategie und Identifikation von Opportunities
  • Alignement von Branchentrends mit digitalen Strategien und Salesforce-Lösungen
  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams von Salesforce
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Begleitung der Kunden von der Lead-Generierung bis hin zum Abschluss

Dein Profil

  • Dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnlichem hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du hast fundierte Berufs- bzw. Beratungserfahrung im Bereich Customer Relationship Management (Vertrieb, Marketing & Kundenservice)
  • Du bringst mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Salesforce-Projekten mit
  • Du hast nachweislich in der Vergangenheit den Umsatz gesteigert und weißt, wie man sich im Salesforce-Ökosystem zurechtfindet und digitale Lösungen entwickelt
  • Um unsere Kunden vor Ort optimal zu beraten, bist du bereit, national und international zu reisen
  • Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
