Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Salesforce Business Development Manager, der unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von digitalen Strategien unterstützt.
Deine Aufgaben
- Definition der Account-Strategie und Identifikation von Opportunities
- Alignement von Branchentrends mit digitalen Strategien und Salesforce-Lösungen
- Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Vertriebsteams von Salesforce
- Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Begleitung der Kunden von der Lead-Generierung bis hin zum Abschluss
Dein Profil
- Dein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnlichem hast du erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast fundierte Berufs- bzw. Beratungserfahrung im Bereich Customer Relationship Management (Vertrieb, Marketing & Kundenservice)
- Du bringst mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in Salesforce-Projekten mit
- Du hast nachweislich in der Vergangenheit den Umsatz gesteigert und weißt, wie man sich im Salesforce-Ökosystem zurechtfindet und digitale Lösungen entwickelt
- Um unsere Kunden vor Ort optimal zu beraten, bist du bereit, national und international zu reisen
- Sehr gute deutsche und englische Sprachkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
