Data Migration Roll-out Manager

As a key member of the Project One team, you will play a crucial role in driving the application of Intersnack's ONE template across all countries and organisations within the Intersnack Group. This involves leading the implementation of business processes and the enabling Infor-based IT solution, ensuring a harmonised approach to data management and migration.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver the implementation of Master Data and Data Migration across the Intersnack Group, ensuring a smooth transition to the defined ways of working.
- Support local implementation teams in realising the ONE template, applying its standards using available migration and harmonisation tools.
- Enable local teams to transition from their current ways of working and organisational setup to the future common way of working and organisational setup in the data area.
- Support local implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner, maintaining the delivery scope and budget.
- Socialise and defend the data-related aspects of the ONE template to avoid local deviations to either process or system standards.
- Quickly flag and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Drive the creation of Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organisation.
- Enable key resources within the local organisation to support the implementation of the ONE template.
- Guide local experts, including IT specialists, to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring both central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.
The holder of this position will define, apply, and continuously improve the realisation approach in line with the overall programme's guidelines and in agreement with the Group Process Owners, fulfilling the overall programme target.
Requirements- University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration, or similar experience.
- Approximately 10 to 15 years of work experience in IT or (In-house) Consulting.
- FMCG (ideally food) experience is a must (also on non-project roles).
- Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) would be desirable.
- Data Migration experience in Infor solutions and/or making use of Infor MDM/Ataccama or other Data migration solutions.
- Knowledge in database solutions (e.g. MySQL) and data manipulation languages (e.g. SQL).
- Experience working at a multi-country organisation, ideally in the Food or fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Positive 'can do' approach.
- Self-starter with an ambition to get things done.

- Good facilitation and communication skills.
- Leadership of projects/project teams consisting of internal resources and/or consultants.

The expected level of travel for this position is approximately 4 days per week.
