Data Migration Roll-out Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Roll-out Manager to join our team at Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our ONE template across all countries and organisations within the Intersnack Group.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data migration, with experience in implementing Infor solutions and/or making use of Infor MDM/Ataccama or other data migration solutions. You will also have a solid understanding of database solutions and data manipulation languages.
As a Roll-out Manager, you will lead and deliver the implementation work in the area of Master Data and Data Migration across the Intersnack Group. Your responsibilities will include driving the ONE template implementation across the group, supporting local implementation teams, and ensuring a group-wide harmonized set of master data.
We are looking for a self-starter with a positive 'can do' approach, strong result orientation, and good facilitation and communication skills. You will be able to lead projects/project teams consisting of internal resources and/or consultants and have experience in managing master and transactional data as well as migrating data in projects or as part of a business-as-usual organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the ONE template implementation across the group in line with the overall roll-out plan.
- Support local implementation teams to deliver harmonisation activities applying the template's standards using available migration and harmonisation tools.
- Ensure a group-wide harmonized set of master data.
- Support local implementation teams to go-live in a timely manner maintaining the delivery scope and budget.
- Socialise and defend the data-related aspects of the ONE template to avoid local deviation to either process or system standards.
- Quickly flag and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
- Drive the creation of Functional Specifications from a business perspective to identify solutions bridging gaps in the application of the ONE template within the local organisation.
- Enable key resources within the local organisation to support implementation of the ONE template.
- Guide local experts, including IT specialists, to develop a solid basis for Business as Usual (BAU) operations, ensuring both central and local policies for IT governance are embedded and supported.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Approx. 10 to 15 years work experience in IT or (In house) Consulting.
- FMCG (ideally food) experience is a must (also on non-project roles).
- Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) would be desirable.
- Experience in data migration for ERP or similar projects.
- Experience in managing master and transactional data as well as migrating data in projects or as part of a business-as-usual organisation.
- Experience in ETL (Extract-Transition-Load) solutions.
- Proven experience in writing Functional Specifications.
- Experience in software/module/component testing.
- Consulting-like behaviour convincing colleagues to contribute without direct hierarchical power.
- Work experience in managing Business Process and organisational change.
- Natural trainer.
- Sound MS Office skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must, any further language spoken within Intersnack is considered a plus.
- Thorough experience in leading and realising change within an organisation.
