We are in search of a Team Lead Category Supply Planning (m/f/d).

Step into the dynamic realm of our supply chain and take charge of the finished goods inventory for the Hero Group across Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a committed team of Category Supply Planners and Material Planners, actively influencing the future of supply chains in the Healthy Snacks and Natural Spreads sectors.
  • Optimizing the equilibrium between cost, service, and cash flow while adhering to the Service Level Agreements of various countries.
  • Playing a pivotal role in the S&OP process by overseeing the supply domain and contributing to ongoing enhancements.
  • Tracking supply chain performance and taking proactive measures to guarantee the highest level of service for our customers.

Qualifications required:

  • A degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply planning.
  • Initial experience in leadership roles and strong analytical capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to navigate hierarchical and matrix organizational structures.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Proficient in IT applications (Arkieva, SAP, Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
