We are in search of a Team Lead Category Supply Planning (m/f/d).
Step into the dynamic realm of our supply chain and take charge of the finished goods inventory for the Hero Group across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a committed team of Category Supply Planners and Material Planners, actively influencing the future of supply chains in the Healthy Snacks and Natural Spreads sectors.
- Optimizing the equilibrium between cost, service, and cash flow while adhering to the Service Level Agreements of various countries.
- Playing a pivotal role in the S&OP process by overseeing the supply domain and contributing to ongoing enhancements.
- Monitoring supply chain performance and taking proactive measures to ensure we consistently deliver the highest level of service to our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in supply planning.
- Initial leadership experience coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate hierarchical and matrix organizational structures.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with Arkieva, SAP, Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
