Your Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and support to site management and project management teams on quality assurance and control organization, implementation, and documentation.
  • Act as the central point of contact for suppliers on all quality-related matters.
  • Coordinate the involvement of external parties in the monitoring of deliveries and services (external inspectors, experts, TÜV, etc.).
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor the quality plan in terms of content and timely implementation, in collaboration with site management.
  • Implement and implement ITP (Inspection and Test Plan) processes, including the identification of halting points in production.
  • Ensure compliance with quality processes and conduct early checks through inspections and site visits.
  • Initiate additional quality measures in the event of special findings or insights.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of audits on quality topics and inspections.

Your Profile

  • University degree in an engineering field or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in quality management and quality assurance.
  • Organizational talent, familiarity with project management systems (PMS) and document management systems (DMS).
  • Site experience, preferably in power plant construction or plant construction.
  • Experience with ZfP (non-destructive testing) according to ISO 9712 in multiple procedures and certification as an International Welding Engineer (SFI)/Welding Technician (ST) or Welding Specialist (SFM) is desirable.
  • Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of reliability.
  • Willingness to work on long-term assignments in Germany and abroad.
