Product Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to join our team at Applike Group GmbH. As a Product Director, you will play a key role in shaping the design of our organization and driving the production of our mobile games.
You will be responsible for managing the game developers and other teams, ensuring that we meet the defined expectations of our brand partners. With our unique position within the Applike Group ecosystem, we have an unfair advantage in the market, and we are looking for someone who can help us capitalize on this opportunity.
As a Product Director, you will be the key link between our business team and the game developers, analyzing market trends and understanding current game opportunities. You will also be responsible for ensuring a smooth process for all involved parties, managing and working with people to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the development and sourcing process of highly engaging mobile games, from ideation to planning, development, and delivery
- Be the key link between the business team and game developers, ensuring that commercial requirements are met
- Analyze market trends and understand current game opportunities, identifying success stories for our brand partners
- Manage and work with people to ensure a smooth process for all involved parties
- Run A/B and other tests to select the best-performing genre, gameplay, and creatives, in collaboration with our UA team
- Support our efforts in working with brand teams to ensure quality and CI guidelines are met
- Have a huge impact on the success of the business, enabling you to grow your own career path
- Proven track record of successful mobile games where you were responsible for the full production cycle
- Structured and well-organized to ensure that development projects involving multiple stakeholders go as planned and deadlines are met
- Entrepreneurial, driven, and highly analytical mindset
- Creative and highly ambitious, with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communicator and fluent in English
- Passionate about your work and eager to build up a new venture from scratch
