About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Marketing to join our executive team at Sungrow - EMEA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness and market share through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase our brand presence and market share.
  • Lead the Marketing Team: Supervise and guide a team of marketing professionals, providing feedback and support to ensure their success.
  • Drive Promotional Events: Develop and organize promotional events and activities to engage with our target audience.
  • Launch New Product Lines: Plan and execute campaigns for the launch of new product lines, ensuring a strong market presence.
  • Monitor Progress and Report: Track the success of our marketing efforts and submit regular performance reports.
  • Content Creation: Produce valuable content for our online presence, including editorial design and publications.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and competitor movements.
  • Budget Management: Control budgets and allocate resources effectively across projects.
  • External Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with external parties, including media, stakeholders, and potential clients.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies. You should have:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrable experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive business results.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Market Research: Solid understanding of market research methods and data analysis.
  • Digital Marketing: Ability to apply marketing techniques across digital and non-digital channels.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with German and Chinese being strong pluses.
  • Collaboration: Ability to lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
