Job Title: Production Line Leader

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in overseeing a production line? At Valora, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage a production line to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks, efficiency goals, and production timelines.
  • Lead and mentor the team members assigned to your line.
  • Source essential raw materials and packaging supplies internally.
  • Assist machine operators in the setup, operation, and adjustment of machinery.
  • Monitor the production workflow and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving machinery issues, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain records of equipment and process parameters for traceability.
  • Uphold cleanliness and maintenance standards for production equipment and work areas.
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant discipline (e.g., Baker, Machine Operator, Food Technologist).
  • Strong understanding of processes and technologies.
  • Enthusiastic and communicative team player with proven leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Dependable with a strong attention to detail.
