Production Line Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Line Supervisor to join our team at Valora. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, meeting quality standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a production line, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate the procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring that they are delivered on time and in the required quantities.
- Provide technical support to machine and equipment operators, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- Monitor and control the production process, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the standard operating procedure.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production schedules are met and that quality standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all production equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, and that all safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure that all production processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
