**Intern Process Optimization (d/f/m)**:

Is it time to put your books aside and put your theoretical knowledge into practice, after the first successfully completed semesters? For our production site in Kostheim, we are looking for a*n Intern Process Optimization to support our team with 38 hours per week for a period of 6 months. Alternatively, the position can also be filled as a working student position with up to 20 hours per week for a period of 1 year.

**Your Role**:
Your main task will be to create a value stream analysis for a paper converting line:

- Identification of bottlenecks
- Creation of optimization concepts
- Development of concrete measures for process optimization
- Implementation and support of defined actions

**You Identify Yourself With**:

- Registered in a bachelor's or master's degree program in engineering (process management, -technic, -optimization, mechatronics, process engineering, mechanical engineering) or comparable course of study at a German university or University of Applied Sciences
- Enjoy teamwork and working independently
- Strong interest in improving processes
- Theoretical knowledge in the creation of a value stream analysis
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; good German skills are a plus
- Good knowledge and skills in MS Office package (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
