Role Overview:

The Product Manager - SD-WAN and Security is tasked with shaping GTT's product strategy, overseeing development and execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer demands. This role encompasses various product areas including Managed SD-WAN, Managed Security, SSE, SASE, and Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the vision and roadmap for the managed and professional services product line, fostering a scalable and sustainable business model.
  • Drive innovation across the portfolio and divisions to maintain competitive positioning in the market, including pricing, technology, and product structure.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous product enhancements.
  • Analyze long-term client market trends and develop product strategies to ensure competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and communications to create effective product positioning, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Engage in thought leadership and strategic communications, representing GTT at industry conferences and with analysts.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring offerings address client needs and challenges. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to gather valuable feedback.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to guide product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Product Management role within a global telecommunications or managed services environment.
  • Strong understanding of product offerings, including SD-WAN, Managed Security, DDoS Mitigation, firewalling, CASB, SWG, and ZTNA.
  • Familiarity with multi-national enterprise networking, security, and computing requirements, with experience engaging with C-suite executives in global enterprises.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape within the industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align product initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across the organization.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a dynamic environment while guiding teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, CISM).
  • Product Management training certifications.

  • Telecom Product Management: Familiarity with methodologies and tools for managing telecom products throughout their lifecycle.
  • Telecom Services Industry: Knowledge of the telecommunications sector, including key technologies, products, and trends.
