Role Overview:
The Product Manager - SD-WAN and Security is tasked with shaping GTT's product strategy, overseeing development and execution, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and client needs. This role encompasses various product areas, including Managed SD-WAN, Managed Security, SSE, SASE, and Professional Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the vision and roadmap for the managed and professional services product line to foster a scalable and sustainable business model.
- Propel innovation across the product portfolio to maintain competitive positioning in the market.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and continuous enhancements.
- Analyze long-term client market trends to formulate competitive product strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Represent GTT at industry conferences and engage with analysts and media to establish thought leadership.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring alignment with client needs and challenges.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to guide product strategy.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Product Management within a global telecommunications or managed services environment.
- Familiarity with products in the portfolio, including SD-WAN, Managed Security, and related technologies.
- Understanding of multinational enterprise networking and security requirements, with experience engaging C-suite executives.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities and business acumen to align product initiatives with broader business goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, CISM).
- Certifications in Product Management methodologies.
