Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - German Speaking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, chat, and email, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Canon products, including printers, photocopiers, and digital cameras.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear and concise communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent German language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Canon products, including printers, photocopiers, and digital cameras.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, colleagues, and management.
