Your role will involve:
  • Leading international pension initiatives focused on risk mitigation through effective plan design, funding, and investment strategies.
  • Evaluating and analyzing pension projects, particularly their effects on financial statements and risk profiles.
  • Optimizing the pension framework in alignment with corporate strategy, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to execution and monitoring.
  • Advising Regional Pension Management on governance, guidelines, and strategic implementation.
  • Ensuring compliance with pension management guidelines across regions, including funding and investment management.
  • Supporting local pension plan management in various countries, including HR evaluations related to pension design and asset performance monitoring.
  • Building a robust network with local contacts to oversee pension plan funding and compliance with internal strategies.
  • Assisting with governance, strategic projects, and other pension functions as required.
  • Preparing financial reports related to pensions, including income statements and forecasts, with thorough analysis and validation of data.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A master's degree in economics, business administration, or mathematics.
  • Initial experience in project management, pension management, or HR, with a preference for auditing or actuarial roles.
  • Project management experience specifically related to occupational pensions.
  • Knowledge of performance and risk controlling, as well as IFRS pension accounting.
  • Strong collaboration skills in international teams and projects.
  • Results-oriented mindset, analytical abilities, and empathy.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
