About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant in Part-time to join our team at Fugro Germany Land GmbH. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Prepare and edit technical documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and accounts payable.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification and several years of work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in database management a plus.
  • High level of service orientation, friendliness, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
  • Good English language skills (desirable).
