We're seeking a reliable and organized part-time Office Assistant to maintain our office in Prenzlauer Berg. Key Responsibilities
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is clean and organized, including the kitchen area, meeting rooms, and terrace.
  • Supply Management: Replenish office supplies, including fresh fruits, snacks, beverages, and stationery.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as mail management, repair coordination, and printer maintenance.
  • Event Planning: Help organize team gatherings, community sessions, and startup dinners.
Requirements
  • Proactive and organized individual with a can-do attitude.
  • Flexibility and self-motivation to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and German.
