Business Manager for Office Administration

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager for Office Administration to join our team at Anticimex in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate business operations, including contract management, billing, and customer relations.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
