We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate a comprehensive, long-term, data-driven strategy for customer loyalty
- Oversee projects and collaborate with various teams to meet CRM objectives within established timelines and budgets
- Boost customer engagement and loyalty through automated campaigns across the Customer Journey, utilizing app, email channels, and retail locations
- Evaluate performance metrics, report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, and refine strategies to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Significant experience in operational CRM with a focus on email marketing, app engagement, and customer lifecycle management
- Proficient in CRM software and tools, with skills in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML5; familiarity with feed management systems is advantageous
- Enthusiastic about digital trends and technological advancements
- In-depth understanding of customer psychology and behavior
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
