About the Job

Norgine is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager to join our global commercial team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing business intelligence, insights, and analytics to support our commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Decision Support

Design and implement methodologies to generate evidence-based recommendations to resolve complex business issues.

Optimize Sales Performance and Profitability

Utilize market and customer insights to generate actionable recommendations to optimize sales performance and profitability of Norgine brands.

Develop Insight Plans

Develop and deliver local insight plans that deliver on core business needs, ensuring alignment with global plans.

Competitor Intelligence

Own and champion competitor intelligence activities for selected brands, ensuring a future competitor landscape map is in place and competitors are tracked closely.

Share Best Practice and Drive Continuous Improvement

Collate and aggregate data, share best practice learnings, and drive positive change and continuous improvement in business intelligence.

Provision of Regular and Ad Hoc Reporting

Deliver commercial reports in an accurate and timely manner, utilizing various data sources and based on KPIs.

Manage Data and Systems Suppliers

Ensure access to relevant data sources, select suppliers, and manage relationships to maximize return on investment.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of how insights are generated and can be utilized to impact sales revenue and profitability.
  • Good financial understanding, business acumen, and an entrepreneurial vision.
  • Proven track record of delivering reliable and robust market insight projects.
  • Experience in pre-launch planning, competitor intelligence, and patient and volume-based forecast modeling.
  • Ability to operate in an international matrix management environment.
  • Good level of English and fluency in major language(s) of the region.
