Business Intelligence Manager

Norgine is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager to join our global commercial team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing business intelligence, insights, and analytics to support the growth and success of our brands.
Key Responsibilities- Business Decision Support: Design and implement methodologies to generate evidence-based recommendations to resolve complex business issues.
- Optimise Sales Performance: Utilize market and customer insights to generate actionable recommendations to optimize sales performance and profitability of Norgine brands.
- Develop Insight Plans: Develop fit-for-purpose insight plans at a global level and ensure local plans are aligned to drive profit growth.
- Competitor Intelligence: Champion and manage CI activities for selected brands, ensuring a future competitor landscape map is in place and risks are mitigated.
- Share Best Practice: Collate and aggregate data, share best practice learnings, and drive positive change and continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to the highest quality standards, utilizing various data sources and KPIs.
- Data Management: Ensure the organization has access to relevant data sources, manage suppliers, and maximize return on investment.
- Strong understanding of insights generation and impact on sales revenue and profitability.
- Good financial understanding, business acumen, and entrepreneurial vision.
- Proven track record of delivering reliable and robust market insight projects.
- Experience in pre-launch planning, competitor intelligence, and patient and volume-based forecast modeling.
- Ability to operate in an international matrix management environment.
- Good level of English and fluency in major language(s) of the region.
