**MAIN PURPOSE**:
Responsible for ensuring that high-quality business information is available to the Norgine’s global business units as well as commercial leadership and ExCo to make fact and evidence based decisions that are ROI driven and optimize Norgine’s portfolio and investment. To build a performance driven sales and marketing excellence framework that continuously improves and is built on the 3D’s (Drive; Dare; Develop). Establish industry-leading capabilities across the core areas of analytics, forecasting, reporting and business planning. Provide strategic financial data in establishing the vision and strategy of financial planning and analysis for Commercial Excellence. Develop and implement the strategic plan and tools to ensure increase in the efficiency and productivity of Norgine’s Sales and Marketing operations. Oversee Global Business Services performance and contribution to Norgine Business Analytics.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Responsible for the design, development and implementation of value-added commercial analytics, including determination of standard reporting requirements
- Seeks external benchmarking to provide insights to drive targeted actions.
- Directs the identification and implementation of KPIs to create and maintain value and focuses management on the most significant commercial risks and opportunities.
- Ensures availability of high-quality management tools for tracking of performance (KPIs and dashboards).
- Leads accurate forecasting process for Budget and 5YR Planning x-functionally with Finance and Global BU.
- Responsible for ROI analysis of all commercial spend.
- Develops and maintains the commercial and brand dashboards.
- Ensures brand planning excellence based on patient journeys leveraging the GTM analyses and customer insights.
- Ensures full transparency of global and RCU commercial performance.
- Allows evidence based commercial resource planning and decision making.
- Drives and builds marketing capabilities in the areas of brand strategy, marketing strategy and other foundational marketing areas through provision of data-driven insights.
- Leads for patient-centric mindset and integration of patient mapping activities into brand planning and execution.
- Proactively identifies forecasting and marketing research needs, develops plans and provides input into business planning and budgeting processes for key activities.
- Develops accurate forecasts, both short-term and long-term, to cultivate into strategic and operational planning processes.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- University degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar.
- Experience from a similar role within sales, account management, and/or sales operations within pharma.
- Experience with strategic planning/brand planning.
- Experience with financial systems and able to translate commercial processes into system requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to suggest the necessary adjustments to commercial activity in order to achieve optimal sales results.
- Experience working with a field sales force and/or with commercial processes.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to lead diverse range of simultaneous projects.
- Good numerical analytical skills.
- Extensive forecasting experience using a variety of different approaches and ability to build forecasts from scratch.
- Experience with management of forecasting and analytical processes and teams.
