Taxation Assistant Manager - Global Mobility Services (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your expertise in international employee deployment to strategically support the Global Mobility Services area? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Provide advisory services to the HR and tax departments of globally operating companies on tax matters related to international employee mobility.
  • Assist clients in projects concerning topics such as remote work and contribute to shaping the future workplace.
  • Coordinate consulting services for the global assignments of our clients and collaborate closely with our foreign member firms.
  • Oversee tax declaration services for cross-border employees and serve as a point of contact for employees and HR.
Your Profile
  • To become a Taxation Assistant Manager (m/f/d) with us, you should hold a degree in law, business, or finance, or a comparable field of study.
  • You possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the area of international employee deployment, with knowledge in income tax, international tax law, double taxation agreements, and payroll tax.
  • You are a strong communicator, passionate about client relations, and enjoy teamwork.
  • You have gained initial experience in independently managing client accounts.
  • Excellent English language skills complete your qualifications.
