IT Engineer (m/w/d) Infrastructure Management

  • Acting as a bridge between diverse product teams in the Supply Chain Technology sector and the IT Service & Infrastructure domain
  • Independently leading and executing IT projects, including oversight of external service providers
  • Responsible for the timely and budget-conscious deployment of IT infrastructure
  • Regular updates through meetings, status reports, and steering committees
  • Maintaining awareness of infrastructure challenges, making informed decisions, and implementing necessary actions
  • Ongoing collaboration with product teams within the Supply Chain Technology sector
  • Effective communication with stakeholders such as project/product teams, architects, and management
  • Assisting in troubleshooting efforts to ensure the stable operation of IT solutions in Supply Chain Technology
  • Supervising external implementation partners and service providers
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics/Computer Science or equivalent, at least 3 years of professional experience, robust knowledge of IT infrastructure, experience with project management methodologies, familiarity with IT service management, agile practices, and contemporary technology infrastructure, understanding of the retail sector and logistics, knowledge of SAP Retail or S/4HANA is advantageous, excellent communication abilities, hands-on approach, analytical mindset, and proactive disposition.
