IT Operations & Platforms Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations & Platforms Team Lead to join our team at KIK, a leading textile discounter with a strong presence in Europe. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team in implementing innovative projects to further digitize and modernize our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the IT Operations & Platforms team to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience.
- Manage hardware, systems, and network installations, configurations, updates, and enhancements to ensure the availability of system landscapes and platforms.
- Drive innovation, investments, architecture design, and IT infrastructure monitoring to optimize and realign our IT infrastructure.
- Maintain and update operational documentation (Jira, Confluence) to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Oversee projects to optimize and realign the IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on network architecture and infrastructure monitoring.
- Extensive knowledge in IT network architecture, including VMware, Dell, Cisco UCS, Storage solutions, Backup/Restore technologies, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Proven experience in project management and vendor management, with a strong analytical and independent work approach.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a customer-oriented and collaborative mindset.
