About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including network and client systems.
- Develop and implement IT service management processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to IT staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring that our systems and data are secure and protected.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, ensuring that our infrastructure is modern and efficient.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Infrastruktur.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bereichen der IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk und Clients).
- Erfahrung in klassischer, sowie agiler Projektmanagement Methodik (PRINCE2, SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.).
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bereichen von IT-Servicemanagement.
- Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen und moderner Technologie-Infrastruktur.
- Fundiertes Verständnis des Handels, insbesondere Logistik.
- SAP Retail oder S/4HANA Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit, Antworten auf komplexe technische Fragestellungen zu finden.
- Hands-on-Mentalität mit hohem Maß an Eigeninitiative und der Bereitschaft die Digitalisierung voranzutreiben.
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Auffassungsgabe und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
