About the Role
This is a challenging opportunity for a Senior Business Process Analyst to join 0010 Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and contribute to the improvement of our business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize them.
- Lead reviews of business processes and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to share ideas and findings.
- Perform requirements analysis and document the results of your efforts.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing and update procedures as needed.
- Work closely with business users, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
About You
We are looking for a highly analytical and conceptual thinker with exceptional communication skills and experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking industry.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as a business analyst in the banking area or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good documentation skills, including process modeling and functional breakdown.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
- Business fluent German and English required.
