Position Title: Head of Financial Controlling (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Controlling division and nurture team development
  • Supervise the organization's comprehensive controlling functions
  • Strengthen the position of Controlling as a strategic partner across all divisions
  • Advance the management information system and spearhead BI initiatives
  • Compile monthly performance reports and prepare materials for executive meetings
  • Direct the planning and budgeting operations
  • Offer strategic guidance to the management team on business-related issues
  • Examine variances and formulate recommendations for executive leadership
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • At least five years of professional experience in a Controlling role
  • Excellent communication abilities coupled with a proactive approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail with an emphasis on key priorities
  • Skilled in MS Office, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence tools
