Position Title: Head of Financial Controlling (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Controlling division and foster team development
  • Supervise the comprehensive controlling functions of the organization
  • Strengthen the role of Controlling as a strategic partner across all business units
  • Advance the management information framework and lead business intelligence initiatives
  • Compile monthly performance reports and prepare insights for executive meetings
  • Administer the planning and budgeting cycles
  • Advise the executive team on operational matters
  • Evaluate variances and formulate strategic recommendations for management
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of experience in a controlling capacity
  • Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on key priorities
  • Skilled in MS Office, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools
