Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Life Sciences Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales and commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the German market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base in Germany.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, wholesalers, insurance companies, and national or regional care organizations to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and negotiate pricing and margins with key stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain constructive relationships with key opinion leaders and dedicated accounts to drive business growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in biology, pharmacy, biomedical, economics, or equivalent based on relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in developing relationships with clients and KOLs within the pharma/medical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the German market, purchasing dynamics, and tender procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
