Regional Reliability Maintenance Engineering Project Leader

This role is a pivotal leadership position within the Amazon Europe Core (AMZL) Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) division.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Engineering Manager with demonstrated expertise in comprehensive Program and Project Management, particularly within a network setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Project Manager, you will:
- Establish direction and oversee projects and initiatives within the RME Field.
- Collaborate with various functions including the Global Reliability Team, Global Engineering Services, and Senior RME Project Manager.
- Engage with Talent Acquisition, PxT, Finance, Supply Chain, WHS, ACES, Compensation and Benefits, and Operations.
- Tackle challenges that present significant opportunities for innovation across the organization.
Your contributions will significantly impact the RME organization as you devise solutions to intricate and/or unclear network challenges.
