Building Services Engineering Project Manager

Vollack is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Services Engineering Project Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of technically challenging construction projects across various sectors, including commercial, office, and industrial buildings. We specialize in sustainable building practices, incorporating timber construction, renewable energy sources, passive house design, and CO2 minimization strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of tailored building services engineering concepts for projects throughout all phases (LPH 1-7).
  • Demonstrate expertise in plant group selection and integration across diverse construction projects.
  • Possess a strong understanding of control and automation systems for building technology, enabling you to contribute innovative solutions.
  • Effectively manage external specialist planners, ensuring the quality of their deliverables and seamless project execution.
  • Coordinate all involved building services engineering teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring a cohesive and functional overall design.
  • Translate conceptual designs into feasible and awardable plans, driving project progress and success.
