Position: Enterprise Account Executive - DACH Region

Location: Germany

Compensation: Up to 75k base + double OTE.

Overview:

Are you passionate about establishing new connections and fostering business growth with clients? This position is tailored for a sales professional in the cyber security sector within the DACH region, seeking to represent a leading vendor recognized in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an account portfolio targeting enterprise clients in Germany.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of prospects within a designated account list (approximately 100 accounts).
  • Achieve and surpass immediate revenue targets while cultivating sustainable long-term revenue streams.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and forums as necessary.
  • Language proficiency may be required based on geographic focus.
  • Collaborate with partners executing their own digital outreach initiatives, creating value for both customers and partners.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to a select group of existing client accounts.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions.
  • A minimum of 2 years in Cyber Security sales.
  • Direct quota responsibility for at least 2 years.
  • Comprehensive understanding of large organizational structures and their purchasing processes.
  • Experience with sales forecasting and prospecting tools, including SFDC and campaign management systems.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, from persuasive one-on-one interactions to group presentations.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for business purposes.
