Departmental Manager for Assembly and Commissioning

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Departmental Manager for Montage and Commissioning to oversee the assembly and commissioning of our stationary plants for the recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate national and international assembly and commissioning projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Manage the deployment of assembly personnel and site control, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Lead a team of assembly managers and commissioning engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Regularly update upper management on project status, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and investment.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and develop personnel, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Drive departmental improvement and process optimization, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
Requirements
  • Strong background in assembly and commissioning, preferably in plant construction, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Assertive, communicative, and solution-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
  • Hands-on mentality, openness, and team spirit, with a commitment to collaboration and mutual support.
