The ServiceNow Solutions Engineering team is pivotal at Amadeus, focusing on our production processes and employee services.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will leverage your UX skills to enhance the existing solutions in use. You will analyze current usage patterns and suggest improvements, as well as assist the team in creating mockups and wireframes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to understand user flows and contextual usage.
  • Ideate and Prototype: Transform concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that foster intuitive user experiences.
  • Evaluate: Collect feedback through user testing.
  • Contribute to the broader ITSM landscape by identifying design challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  • Follow-up: Ensure the quality of development.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in User Experience, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of UX methodologies and their application in industry solutions (preferably on the ServiceNow platform).
  • Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and mockups (UI) using Figma.
  • Proficient in visual design tools such as Adobe and Figma.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Genuine interest in UX/UI and Information Architecture.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly convey design processes, ideas, and solutions to cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English (native or advanced professional level).
