The ServiceNow Solutions Engineering team is integral to Amadeus, focusing on our production processes and employee services.

Position Summary:
In this role, you will leverage your UX skills to enhance our existing solutions. You will analyze current usage patterns, propose enhancements, and assist the team in creating mockups and wireframes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand user flows and usage contexts.
- Ideate and Prototype: Transform concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that foster intuitive user experiences.
- Evaluate: Collect feedback through user testing.
- Contribute to the broader ITSM landscape by identifying design challenges and suggesting elegant solutions.
- Follow-up: Ensure the quality of development meets standards.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in User Experience, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in UX methodologies and their application in industry solutions (preferably on the ServiceNow platform).
- Experience with prototyping, wireframing, and mockups (UI) using Figma.
- Skilled in visual design tools such as Adobe and Figma.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Passionate about UX/UI and Information Architecture.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to articulate design processes, ideas, and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (native or advanced professional level).
