Dutch Speaking Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Dutch speaking professional to join our Collections team in BeNeLux. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing delinquent customers and negotiating with them to collect outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage retail areas and develop strategies to reduce delinquencies
- Reach out to customers via phone and email to negotiate payment plans and resolve issues
- Utilize negotiation skills and tools to determine customer reasons for delinquency and provide proactive solutions
- Conduct research to find contact information for customers who cannot be reached
- Design and optimize conversation strategies to address different customer attitudes
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Commercial education and additional qualifications desirable
- Fluent in Dutch and advanced English skills
- Knowledge of collections and negotiation techniques
- Strong learning ability and drive to achieve results
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
