We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Dutch speaking professional to join our Collections team in BeNeLux. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing delinquent customers and negotiating with them to collect outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage retail areas and reach out to delinquent customers via telephone and email to negotiate payment plans.
- Utilize negotiation tools to determine customer reasons for delinquency and provide proactive solutions.
- Conduct research to find contact information for unreachable customers and optimize conversation strategies to address different customer attitudes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments in Brussels, Luxembourg, and Utrecht to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Provide support to collections third parties in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
- Commercial education and additional qualifications desirable.
- Fluent in Dutch and advanced English skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a drive to continuously improve and attain the best results.
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in a self-sufficient manner.
