Dutch Speaking Collections Professional

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Dutch speaking professional to join our Collections team at Mercedes-Benz Bank Service Center GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing retail collections and ensuring timely payments from customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage retail collections, including negotiating with customers and finding sustainable solutions to delinquencies.
- Conduct extensive research to identify contact information for customers who are unable to be reached.
- Design and optimize conversation strategies to identify and address different customer attitudes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Provide support to collections third parties based in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
- Fluent in Dutch and advanced level English.
- (Bank-) Commercial education, additional qualification desirable.
- Knowledge of collections will be considered a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on persuasion and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of reliability and self-reliance.
