Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our HR team at Amplifon. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the hearing care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business objectives and drive talent acquisition success
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Manage the recruitment process from initial application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and vendors
- Provide recruitment metrics and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a data-driven environment
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing recruitment strategies that drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Fluent German and English language skills
