Job Title: Head of Talent Acquisition

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our international recruiting team. Your primary focus will be on setting the strategy for attracting top talent, refining our employer brand, and ensuring we maintain a high standard of excellence in our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a multinational team of recruiters with different levels of seniority, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities to ensure they thrive.
  • Design and implement cutting-edge sourcing strategies to proactively engage top talent in global tech markets.
  • Work with KPIs to measure and improve recruiting performance, ensuring we attract top talent efficiently and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including leadership and hiring managers, to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Drive our employer branding initiatives, ensuring Applike Group stands out as a top choice for talent in competitive tech markets worldwide.
  • Constantly adapt and evolve our talent acquisition processes to support the company's rapid growth.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a hands-on (Tech) Recruiter and later Team Lead in fast-growing, international tech companies.
  • A deep understanding of how to attract and engage top talent through innovative sourcing techniques.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment data, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success in building, developing, and leading motivated teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and hiring managers.
  • A track record of effectively marketing a company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Adaptable, open to change, fast learner, and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
